NEET Rank Predictor: your projected rank for NEET 2027
Enter a score and get a projected rank for the next NEET — All India, plus a state rank for 22 states and union territories — anchored on the most recently published NEET-UG merit list and set inside the honest range across 2022–2026, because paper difficulty changes every year. It works for a mock test score just as well as your actual NEET-UG score: either way, this is a realistic starting point, not a promise for next year's paper.
What it shows
- A projected All India Rank for the next NEET, anchored on the most recent published national merit list and shown alongside the full range your score has covered across all five recent cycles (2022–2026).
- A state rank for whichever state you pick — built from that state's own published counselling lists. When a state's newest list isn't published yet, we anchor on the latest one that is, and say so.
- Every past year shown on its own as a named scenario — much harder, harder, typical, easier or much easier than usual for that score — never averaged into one number.
- For example, a score that projects to a rank in the tens of thousands based on last year's list can have landed anywhere from about 12,000 to about 137,000 across 2022–2026, depending on how tough that year's paper was — that's the range we show, not just a single figure.
Why you can trust the numbers
Every projection is built from real merit lists published by the counselling authorities themselves — not a formula or an estimate. All India Rank does not depend on category, and the state rank we show comes from each authority's overall (all-candidates) merit list — the same rank whatever your category. Where an authority publishes separate quota lists (Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Rajasthan) you can switch between them; we never ask for category because it would not change the number.
What it is not
This is a rank tool, not a college or admission predictor. Knowing the projected rank for a score is a different question from knowing which colleges that rank can reach — that is a separate, more involved feature we have not built yet. And because a mock score is not calibrated to NEET-UG's real difficulty the way an actual attempt is, treat the projection as a realistic starting point built from real past papers, not a guarantee for next year's NEET.
