These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Rukmai, an education decision-support web application operated by Braavos Infratech LLP, registered in India ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using Rukmai, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.

Who may use Rukmai

Rukmai is intended for learners in Class XI or later, including the later education stages made available in the app. You must provide accurate, current account information and keep your sign-in details confidential.

If you are under 18, you must use Rukmai with the review and supervision of your parent or legal guardian. Your registration confirmation records your statement that this requirement has been met; it is not age or guardian verification.

What Rukmai provides

Rukmai helps you explore education options using catalogue information, eligibility context, and personalised suggestions. It is not an educational institution, exam-conducting body, admissions agency, legal adviser, financial adviser, or guarantee of admission, eligibility, availability, rank, outcome, or career result.

Exam, course and institution information may change. Always check the relevant official source before applying, paying fees, choosing subjects, or making another important decision.

Permitted use and intellectual property

We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Rukmai for your own personal, non-commercial education planning. Rukmai, its software, design, catalogue arrangement, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain owned by Braavos Infratech LLP or the applicable rights holder.

You must not, without our prior written permission:

• copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, download in bulk, extract, republish, resell, or redistribute Rukmai data or content;
• use bots, automated tools, APIs, scripts, or similar methods to access or collect information from Rukmai;
• use Rukmai data for commercial outreach, lead generation, advertising, marketing, profiling, or training an AI or machine-learning model;
• circumvent access controls, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it, or attempt unauthorised access; or
• misrepresent your identity, infringe another person’s rights, or use Rukmai unlawfully.

Third-party links and feedback

Rukmai may link to official institution or exam websites. Those sites are controlled by their own operators and policies; a link is not an endorsement or a guarantee of their information.

If you submit a bug report or feature request, do not include passwords, government identifiers, payment details, or other sensitive information. We may use your report to operate and improve Rukmai, but you retain ownership of your feedback.

Marketing and data sharing

Accepting these Terms does not give Braavos Infratech LLP permission to send you direct marketing or to share your personal data with colleges, coaching providers, educational partners, advertisers, or data brokers. Rukmai does not currently do those things.

If we introduce a new non-essential marketing or partner-sharing purpose, we will first update the Privacy Notice and obtain a separate affirmative choice where required. Such a choice will not be preselected or bundled into acceptance of these Terms.

Changes, suspension and legal terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Rukmai, including to maintain security, comply with law, or prevent misuse. We may suspend or deactivate an account that breaches these Terms. Material changes to these Terms will carry an updated date and be made available for review.

Rukmai is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Braavos Infratech LLP does not warrant that the service or its information will always be uninterrupted, complete, current, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you.
