Current official NIFT/NTA 2026 sources state M.Des candidates take GAT (CBT) and CAT (PBT), followed by Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates. M.Des GAT is 120 minutes with 120 questions; CAT is 180 minutes. Final PG weightage: GAT Section A 30%, CAT 40%, PI 30%.
